The joint liquidators have received sums of £500k Andrew Foreman, £200k Derek Young, ~£14k VAT REfund and £50k+ for sales of land plots, The original claims (I disputed) were a maximum of ~£250k - instead of settling the liquidation they decided to spend ~£350k chasing me for more than £1.3 million that was not required for any purpose. They mush close this file to ensure they can not pursue me in the future.
