| 2026-10-05 | Sent an email about WDYWTA Monaco Events & to Pascale | Hi Debbie & Pascale, I wanted to show you something new I've been developing which I think could become particularly interesting for Relocation & Beyond. I've created the first working specialist version of WHAT? — “What do you want to achieve?”, focused on Monaco Events: https://what-v1.carlhenryglobal.com/events.html The idea behind WHAT? is slightly different from a normal website search or an AI chatbot. Rather than simply asking people what they are searching for, we start with what they actually want to achieve. For example, with Monaco Events somebody can describe the event they want to organise and add whatever they already know — dates, number of guests, type of event, preferred setting, budget and particular requirements. WHAT? then creates an initial Event Brief, identifies things they need to consider and suggests sensible next steps. If they want further assistance, they can ask for Human Help, turning the original question into a much better-qualified enquiry. Where I think this becomes interesting for R&B I'm now building a much broader Monaco / Monte-Carlo Hub & Spoke knowledge and content system. We will be creating useful Monaco-related website content designed both for people and for visibility/recommendation through AI Search. Behind that will increasingly be a structured knowledge database containing the questions people ask about Monaco and useful answers, guidance and solutions. Naturally, relocating to Monaco and the surrounding area is a major part of that subject. There are potentially hundreds of useful questions around moving here, finding somewhere to live, settling in, administration, schools, services, lifestyle and all the practical things people discover they need help with. A lot of that content could naturally lead to Relocation & Beyond where your experience and personal assistance are the appropriate solution. And it raises another possibility: WHAT? Monaco Relocation We could potentially create a dedicated Relocation application using the same principle as Monaco Events. Instead of somebody arriving at R&B saying simply: “I'm thinking of moving to Monaco.” WHAT? could help establish what they are actually trying to achieve, what stage they're at, what they already know and where they need help. That could give you a much better-qualified enquiry before you even have the first conversation with them. I'm not suggesting we rush off and build that immediately. The Monaco Events application gives us something real to look at and test first. I'd therefore really like you both to have a play with it. Please try putting in a few different imaginary Monaco events and see what it does. Then think about it from the R&B perspective: What questions do people repeatedly ask you? What do they think they need when experience tells you they actually need something else? What information would be genuinely useful before they contact you? What would help you recognise a serious potential customer? That's precisely the kind of real human knowledge and experience I want WHAT? to capture rather than relying entirely on generic AI answers.
