NOTE: His catalogue is on his WhatsApp Account - not certain the status of the listings, maybe link bait to attract conversations. Look on WhatsApp for List of properties: Engaged; reviewing internally and will propose 1?2 pilot asset ideas - X10 Real Estate (Dubai) I think! EMAIL2: info@xtenrealestate.com WEB2: https://www.xtenrealestate.com/ I am the founder of HotelsRating, an independent rating for hotels built to work like a rating agency, not a review site and not an awards program. The principle behind it is one line: it is the rating a hotel can't pay to change. At the center is the HotelsRating Index, a single transparent score built from cross-source guest consensus, verified expert recognition, a hotel's real facilities against its class, and its quality trajectory. The full methodology is public, formula included, and versioned with an open changelog. Other platforms hide how their numbers are made. We publish ours, because that is the whole point. Much of my work today is in hotel transactions. I broker high-value, off-market hotel deals across the GCC, Europe, and Asia, advising owners, family offices, and institutional investors from first approach through to closing. This is not background to HotelsRating, it is the reason it exists. Eighteen years inside these deals showed me that every hotel rating on the market is either something a hotel can pay for or something it can game, so I built the one it cannot. HotelsRating is deliberately walled off from my brokerage: the formula behind every score is published and frozen, and no payment can change a hotel's score, including a payment from me. I built my career closing complex transactions where access and judgment decide the outcome, and I bring that same buy-side discipline to how hotels are evaluated. If you think seriously about hospitality, hotel investment, or where the industry meets technology, I am glad to connect.
